More structured than a jam less restrictive than a race day. Using a combination of all the facilities available with one aim; to improve your own lap time!
As well as the timed laps there are coaching, mechanics and suspension workshops taking place throughout the whole weekend, so get involved, increase your knowledge and improve your time!
Timed laps are the perfect measurable element for improvement. Have as many timed laps as you can fit in!
No pressure timed laps purely for your own reference.
How many seconds will you take off of your warm up run?
We want to create the relaxed comfortable environment for everyone to benefit and that is why ticket’s are available for the Saturday to everyone, however the coaching workshops will be held for separate Youth and Female groups specifically.
Parent’s are able to add 1 x adult to a child’s ticket for £10 on the Saturday but will not be able to participate in the coaching sessions and must arrive in 1 vehicle.
On Sunday all coaching sessions and workshops will be open to all with no restrictions. Get involved with all the action!
There will be a number of coaching workshops throughout the day. From cornering and pumping to drops and jumps basics. There will be lots to learn even for the more experienced riders’. It is on a first come first serve basis on the day so don’t be late! Meeting times and and places will be on the board on the day! Then head out for another timed lap straight after and see if you are any quicker!
Using our highly accurate timing system we are able to deliver times to the thousandth of a second. Simply get issued with timing chip at the start fo the day, attach it to your forks and away you go! All you top to bottom laps of the selected trail will be timed!

£10 Adult Tickets are available as an add on to a child’s ticket arriving in the same vehicle. This is for parents that need to attend with their children but do not need to participate in the activities.
TF Tuned Suspension
Long established on the MTB scene, who better could we ask for to offer suspension setup advice and guidance. The TF Tuned team will be available all weekend to answer your individual questions. There will also be a number of suspension servicing workshops, which will hopefully enable you, by the end, to be confident at giving your forks and shocks some interim TLC between full services.
Mitchell Cycles
Mitchell cycles will be on hand with their workshop to help you ensure your bicycles are setup properly for you! From the handle bar & brake lever angles to smooth shifting & seat height. With so many moving components it is vital that as a rider that you are aware of the basics to ensure proper safety checks before every ride. As well as personalised individual advice, TMC will be providing group workshops to go over proper bike setup.
Propain
We are super excited to confirm that Propain will also be in attendance with a fleet of demo bikes.

After a successful pilot last year for the final B1ke race of the season, we are pleased to announce that Winch & Plummet will be supporting all of our B1ke events in 2023.
