Media Membership – B1KE

Our Media Membership is designed for photographers and videographers who want to capture riding at B1KE during normal operating hours.

This free membership gives you the ability to book onto site and shoot across our venues, while operating within a structured framework that prioritises rider safety, site operations, and professional standards.

We work in dynamic, high-risk environments, so media access is managed carefully. All members are expected to follow our operating procedures, including pre-booking, on-site check-in, and adherence to safety and conduct guidelines outlined in our Terms & Conditions .

This is not unrestricted access — it’s a controlled system that allows you to create great content while ensuring the safety of riders and the smooth running of the park.

If you’re looking to shoot individual riders, brands, or commercial content, this can still be accommodated, but requires prior approval and additional planning.

We’re always keen to support good media and build relationships with people who understand the environment we operate in — if that’s you, we look forward to working with you.

Before You Apply – The Key Bits

We want this to be a great setup for everyone — riders, staff, and media — so there are a few important things to be aware of:

  • You’ll need to pre-book your sessions and check in when you arrive
  • Hi-vis is required while shooting on site
  • Riders come first – no stopping, directing, or asking for repeat runs
  • Stay out of riding lines and keep trails and features clear
  • No drones, flash, tripods, or fixed kit
  • Follow staff guidance at all times – access can change depending on conditions
  • You’ll need appropriate insurance and operate at your own risk
  • Take extra care with juniors – safeguarding rules apply

We’re all about creating great content, but it has to sit alongside safe, smooth-running riding.
